PowerPoint Vocabulary #3

1.Change marker: An icon in a PowerPoint presentation indicating that a reviewer has made a change. Compare with comment marker.
2.Comment marker: An icon in a PowerPoint presentation that looks similar to a sticky note, indicating that a reviewer has made a comment. Compare with change marker. See also comment.
3. Comment: * In Word, small balloons in the margin of a document that hold remarks or suggestions.
* In PowerPoint, a special text box in a presentations in which a reviewer inserts a note. The comment includes the date the reviewer wrote the comment along with the name of the registered user of the reviewer's computer. See also comment marker.
4.Embedded font:A font inserted in a powerPoint presentation in such a way that the font will always appear the same, even if the presentations is shown on another computer.
5.Liquid crystal display projector: Equipment that allows you to project the slides in a PowerPoint presentation in slide show view from your computer onto in blank wall or large video screen.
6.Online broadcast: A PowerPoint feature that allow audience members to view a presentation on their own computers using their Web browsers.
7.Publish:To save a PowerPoint presentation as a set of Web pages on an intranet or Web server, allowing others to open and negative the presentation using their Web browsers.
